Many Years of Work Experience in a US : Relationship began with superior people working with one of the top IT companies f the US for 5 years. Educated in the USA at top schools (Vanderbilt). The senior management trained and developed standards, tools, & methodologies. They represented company in USA as consultants and USA bill rates for 5 years before outsourcing emerged and moved to India in 1999 to take advantage of cost of living and start a software company - RDPL.
