Each RDPL employee strives for Excellence while exhibiting core values of integrity, ownership, team work and learning.

Our internal employee and manager evaluation processes are specifically geared towards measuring and inculcating these key values. We strive to build a culture of accountability and responsibility by aligning our internal processes to these values. Integrity is the foundation of the value system of the organisation. Every employee is committed and signs an Integrity Policy while joining the organization. Strict actions, including employee termination, have been taken to ensure all our business dealings are to the highest of standards. We do not believe in short cuts or practices that we will not like our business partners to do. We are direct and straight forward when it comes to communicating bad news / tough decisions internally or externally. We believe in taking issues head on rather than postponing or avoiding decisions.
